Hi, this is Matthew Willis. Welcome to our website! I’m actually a carpenter by trade, so there’s really nothing on a home that I can’t personally fix. We specialize mainly in bathrooms, kitchens, and home additions. We also perform every aspect of construction: concrete, drywall, painting, you name it. I can’t think of anything we don’t do on a home right now! I find the key to building value to customers is to allow them to communicate, also to address any concerns that they have, and answer all their questions. Some people need a lot of information to feel comfortable, and I am happy to provide that information. Also, what happens when something goes wrong? How do you handle it? If the customer feels that you’re going to handle it the proper way and take responsibility and simply fix the issue or the problem, it’s very simple, although a lot of people don’t like taking responsibility for it.
