terrible service “ I would never recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. The price that I was quoted was about four times lower than what I ended up paying. They also did a surprisingly poor job. After they changed five locks in my home, they did not check them on their way out. As I discovered the next day, the old key still worked on two out of five of the locks that they changed. They decided to send out the same man out to fix it. He ended up being late even though I told the company that I needed to be out of the house by a certain time. I was later informed that there was an emergency, but nobody bothered to call me and tell me that they would be late. I suppose that they knew they were not getting any more money from me, so they obviously no longer cared. The technician came and RELUCTANTLY changed all of the locks again, so that they would all work on the same key (something I have payed for in the first place). When he was ready to leave, he handed me the keys to check that everything was working properly (and that the old keys did not work anymore). At this point I discovered that one of the locks did not work with either key!!!! He changed it and as he was leaving muttered a SINGLE word of apology for this whole incident, but he said that it was simply an unlikely situation. Never mind the fact that it was his responsibility to check all this in the first place. I called to complain the next day. At first they seemed truly sorry about their unprofessional behavior. I was promised a call back by Monday morning, to find out if they would compensate me for my time and for the terrible service that I have received. In the end I had to call them myself several times, before I got the customer service lady to talk to me again. She told me that there would be no refund. I will absolutely NEVER use their services again. They were extremely unprofessional and have waisted my time. Most importantly, they were not up-front about their cost. Great service “ Last week I lost my keys on my way back from work. I contacted usafe locksmith service to change my house locks. They were kind enough to explain, that I can save time and money by alternating the existing key, rather then changing all the locks.
