Careless and terrible! “ These people are rude and late. They do not call if they are going to be late. One of the movers actually told me that if I gave them a good tip, they would treat my belongings better. Can you believe that? It was literally a threat. Anyway, the belongings did arrive at my destination on the correct day but they were late and were minus several large and important items. unbelievable move “ From my initial phone call to the last piece brought in my new home, these guys made me feel glad I chose Town & Country Moving Company. Worst Mover “ This company is "the" worst moving company in Boston Area. I called this company to have them come for an estimate, though they did not come. On the moving date,5 guys showed up with small truck, so they said "we will be back". I waited for 5 long hours to find out they are not coming back. I had to make an arrangement with another moving company at the last minute to move my belongings. I left more than 10 messages, though this irresponsible moving company, "TOWN & COUNTRY" never ever returned my call. DO NOT BOTHER calling this mover. You are wasting your valuable time, though gave me a lesson how to choose mover carefully and big headach. ”   sn481127 – 9/18/2002

DON"T USE THEM! “ These people made the ultimate mistake a mover can make: not showing up on time. They were supposed to arrive between 10-12. By 12pm there was no sign of them. I called and they said they would be there within the hour. By 1:30, still no sign of them. Another call produced another promise to arrive within an hour. Finally, they showed up around 3:30, but get this: the small truck they brought was half full with some other person's stuff!!! There was no way possible to fit our belongs in the truck. So my advice is too stay far away from them. They are neither honest nor reliable. ”   mike91 – 6/30/2002
