Great service from the owners! by Q X. at InsiderPages “ I couldn't have asked for better service from a storage facility. I was in the position where I was going to need a storage unit for a few months, and after a horrible experience with UHaul (who simply cannot be trusted), I ended up here at the EZ Mini Storage in New Brighton. The lady who owned the place was genuinely nice, and she was sympathetic to what I had gone through with stinking UHaul. She showed me the unit, made sure I was okay with it, and gave me all the fine print up front. Then she really went out of her way. She told me that I could get a coupon on the internet that would make the first month's rent free. I don't know if it's an ongoing promotion with this company or not, but you should ask. Anyway, she let me start my lease that day and go ahead and move things in, and she was okay with my not getting her the coupon until the following day. After all the hassles I had been through recently, her kindness and willingness to help really touched me. The whole time I used her storage facility, I didn't have a single problem. After I moved my belongings out, I was refunded the deposit promptly without any hassle. If I'm ever in the position to need a storage site again, I'll go back here -- even though it's a 45 minute drive from me. They were that great. ”
