would not use again-but came quickly “ I needed them quickly and they came within two hours. However, they did not charge what they said they would (if you want, chalk that up to me needing more or more dirty). I was willing to pay more-and did, but they did not hold up their end of the bargain. I spoke with a woman on the phone and asked for a woman (since I was a sick single woman letting a stranger into her house out of a slight desperation). A woman and two men showed up; all left but one man (who was polite but did not speak english at all). She explained to him what I wanted and left. I had a slightly messy one bedroom. I asked for help with laundry and cleaning out the refrigerator. After 2.5 hours, the bathroom wasn't done, the refrigerator had been wiped quickly and left grimey (dirty shelves weren't cleaned) and he started to leave and I had to ask to get help just taking my laundry down to the laundromat (I had paid for two loads to be done). They did not do what I paid more for and what they did do was done half heartedly. In the end, I was paying them to leave so I could finish up what I needed from them. It was frutrating, and overly expensive for a less than mediocre job. The best I can say is that they came to my house quickly. Don't use them. Keep looking. ”   scigeeek – 1/12/2007

initially good, but quality quickly tapered “ We had CCS clean our modest two-bedroom apartment three times. After the third we aren't interested in employing them again. They missed their first appointment entirely, apparently due to internal miscommunication, but were less than half an hour late for all the subsequent appointments. This isn't great, but isn't too terrible either. The first time they charged a bit extra since it was the first professional cleaning our apartment had received in a while. The price was fair relative to the job they did, but not great; the three people who did the work cleaned the floors reasonably well and all the kitchen and bathroom surfaces admirably, but didn't do windows or furniture and missed several corners and baseboards. While not thrilled with the job they did, it was good enough to warrant another call. The second time they sent only two people, but the job was almost as good as the first time. Maybe a couple more missed corners, but overall still decent. The third time they sent a lone woman who did a remarkably shoddy job. She didn't touch the walls of the shower, missed huge swaths of floor, and didn't bother to dust an entire room. For $85 it was highway robbery.
