Disappointed after treatment package “ I just got done with my hair removal laser treatment from them and it doesnt look like it made much of a difference on the hair growth. I did 6 treatments on my face and every time I went, i left with a burning sensation and it took over a week just for the scabs to disappear. When I complained, they said it was normal. (which it isnt after I asked other laser professionals). Also, when I bought my package, the owner was very nice and sold me 6 treatments and told me that I was more than welcome to come back any time if I needed more than 6 and they would be complimentary if I paid upfront. Right after all 6 were done, I called back asking if I could get some touch-ups since the hair was still growing back and told me that I would be charged full price for each treatment unless I bought another package of at least 3. I asked her if she could offer me a discount since I had already spent so much money and she responded very rudely and told me and that I have to pay full price. I thought it was ridiculous and havent contacted them since. The ladies that work there are very nice and polite but the owner is the one that sells all services and makes the decisions. I feel like I got duped into buying the package by being offered follow-ups but got nothing. ”   punjaban – 9/15/2009

Very Dissappointed “ First, they took me 30 minutes late for my facial. It didn't seem to be a big deal for them. I tried to stay positive and the first 10 minutes felt like a typical facial and felt good. Then she massaged my shoulders for 30 minutes (like the way you would do it to someone at your own home). She did it for so long that she was out of lotion, didn't reapply and it almost felt like she was pulling on my skin. I felt she was killing time and I wanted to tell her just to stop. Then she did a little bit more on my face, took a bathroom break (when I was able to look at the clock to verify the time), and put her stuff away while I am laying there hoping there is more but kind of wanting to leave. I wanted some info on IPL treatments so she turned on the light, but there were no extractions done and she didn't give me much of the information I was looking for. I have no idea what she put on my face during the whole process and was extremely dissappointed with the amount of time she actually spent on my face. I was just waiting for it to end! (I had also had a consultation for IPL info and was dissappointed then as well - she didn't even want to take a closer look at my skin to commit to what she could and couldn't do. Oh, and they didn't have my consultation booked on the right day, so I don't even think she was the right person to give a consultation.) BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL! ”   Lucifina – 3/15/2009
