This store is a rip off!!! Don't go here!!!! “ Recently I went in to get a screw tightened at one of the arms of my glasses. I was seen immediately suspected as a buying customer when they realize I was in for a repair treatment turned around quickly. I gave them my glasses and asked if it would cost anything and said no. Excellent I thought As I waited, they immediately came back and stated that the entire frame is broken and that I'll need new frames. This entire process took less than a minute and clearly no effort was made to even inspect it properly. I was floored! Clearly this isn't the case. It simply needed to be screwed in. I immediately felt I was being hustled by a two bit idiot. The employee they got arrogant stating "well I feel bad for you because those are expensive glasses and now you will need a whole new one" Rude! I asked for my glasses back and was retuned with the arm totally off. I asked for tape and looked at me blankly and said, "We don't have tape." Is this how you treat customers who pay more than $300 dollars on frames? Are your employees or so called technicians that un-trained that they can simply look at something and wave it off and declare it un-repairable? Is this how you generate business through people who need help and take advantage? Not only do I demand resolution, but will also campaign how awful that store is. As you probably know, word of mouth is the best way to close a retail store. ”
