Unprofessional and Rude “ I hired ID Carpets to install carpeting in a retail space. I arranged payment and was just waiting for a date for installation. Not only did the owner not return my phone calls, when I spoke to his office, he relayed the message through them (after my fourth call to the office) that he wasn't going to install the carpeting. I asked for him to please call me and discuss this but of course he never returned my phone call. I was truly appalled. This company is very un-professional and ended up wasting a lot of time. ”   sammee78 – 8/10/2005
