Outstanding customer service by Sue J. at InsiderPages “ The customer service is outstanding. I was able to set up an appointment the same week I called them. They gave me a time window in which they would show up. The called 1/2 hour before they came. I asked for a couple of extra services that weren't on my original order and the gentlemen changing my locks was able to accomodate me. He was upfront about the costs before he set to work. And, he did a clean, very clean job. He was very knowledgable in his services and treated, me, the customer, with respect (which is rare in this day and age).
