BEWARE: tried the classic bait and switch...extra charges never mentioned “ DO NOT RECOMMEND: quoted one price, but once arrrived they tried to add on extra charges such as walking distance from door-truck (extra $20), upstairs (another $40), wrapping (extra $20), weekend rate of min 3 hr plus 1 hr truck when originally said 2hr plus 1 for truck. Never once did these extra charges get mentioned while making reservation. Even tried to make pay for another hour ($70) before releasing last 2 pieces of furniture. I had to call office TWICE to settle issue with manager. On good note, the actual movers were hard working guys who unfortunately were caught between mgmt and customer.
