PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE “ I had the absoulute worst experience with both the movers and the Phoenix manager. First they charged me for an hour that should not have been charged for and to top off the move, one of the movers URINATED in my front yard. No joke - have two other people working in the house to verify this. DO NOT USE. Manager is also non-sympathetic and doesn't care. ”   sorryIusedThem – 3/24/2008

Avoid at All Cost!!! “ Day 1: I had a move scheduled with The Apartment Movers for JulyJuly 26th from 12-4. I received a phone call from one of their drivers at 604pm stating that he would not be at the move that day, but would reschedule for the next morning at 8am. I called the number above which is not a local number, it goes to their sales office in Texas. I eventually spoke with a Supervisor who informed me that they can't guarentee a time for the move due to different variables like traffic and weather. I was also informed that the loval dispatch office here in Phoenix was not able to find the equipment that morning and that the driver that was schedule to do my move did not get started untill 330pm. I find that interesting since he was supposed to be at my apartment between 12-4. This supervisor stated that the move would be reschedule for the first thing, 7-9am, on the 27th. I had no communication with this company on this day until I received the phone call from the driver at 604pm. I was given the local number and dispatchers name. Day 2: My move was reschudled for 7-9 this morning. I had to take a second day off of work since this company did not show up on day one. When there was not truck at 1000am I called the Dallas supervisor again and got a very short and rude answer and told to give the local office a call and that he was very busy. I called the local office and was told that a truck was coming from Suprise and would be to my home by 1030. THe still was no truck at 1030,or 1200. I called this man back and he stated that I would here from one of his drivers and this move would take place that day. At this point I was far beyond having enough and contracted with a competitor of their, Father and Son Movers. The apartment movers never showed up, but Father and Son was at my apartment within 1 hour. I would not recomend this company to anyone. Due to what I do for a living, I have already had one client not use them and will not recomend them to anyone. ”   ctim – 7/31/2007
