Caring and Informative by Katrina A. at InsiderPages “ I'm very lazy when it comes to things like doctors and often put off eye exams until I absolutely need a renewal. If you become a club member here you get free eye exams for 3 years and discounts on your purchases...which will motivate me to keep up with my prescriptions. The optometrist took time to answer all my questions and was thoughtful enough to pose and answer questions I would be likely to have in the future. The assistants in the front were very helpful and friendly. The only negative would be the nurse (I think that would be her title?) that did the pre-exam was very non-communicative in the beginning so I wasn't even sure how I was supposed to sit at the machines or that she would be shooting air into my air. I think that was from a lack of experience though and she wasn't unfriendly. When she figured out how confused I was she was a lot more considerate and helpful. ”   Citysearch User – 11/21/2008

Don't you believe it! by Kathleen P. at InsiderPages “ While this vision care and eyeglass facility is top of the line for the optomotrist that is on staff and for the knowledgeable personnel, the advertising you might see on television, most definitely is misleading. The commercials would say 2 pair of eyeglasses for $99.00. But when you would make the appointment, arrive and have the exam and then fill the prescription for your specs, the bill would suddenly be over $200.00 for one pair of glasses alone! Guess they forgot to mention, you would need the new glasses first in order to read the tiny fine print at the bottom of that ad on tv that flashes on the screen for all of 15 seconds.
