Mr. Abney is a litigation attorney practicing in civil, criminal, and family law matters, serving Howard and Montgomery MD Counties. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Maryland Association for Justice (formerly the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association). He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, graduating magna cum laude.
