avoid unless you have lots of time to waste “ This is about the most unresponsive service I've encountered in Philadelphia yet. The company at first seemed somewhat professional; but my opinion changed with each passing hour beyond the 1 hour time in which they had stated they would arrive. Within 1 hour, all I managed to receive was a call from the person who was to provide the locksmith service, stating that they would be here in about 1 hour. Two more hours went by when I called again, and after providing some lame excuse, the person then assured me that he would get here in about 35 minutes. Another 2 hours passed when I once again was forced to call the place to ensure that the person was actually coming, and to complain about how dissatisfied I was with the service that was being provided. I was then told they the person had just finished the previous job, and would be on his way and call "in a few seconds." That was half an hour ago, and he still hasn't showed up or called. I would very strongly recommend against anyone calling this place unless you really enjoy having your time wasted. If you can find another locksmith in the area, go with them.
