Rix is a full service firm of private investigators based in the Phoenix area of Arizona providing professional investigations and related services to clients throughout the Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert areas and throughout the State of Arizona.
We don’t charge by the hour or charge according to equipment rental, like many PI (private investigator) agencies do. Instead, we own all our own equipment and supplies, and are more than proud that we take calls 24 hours a day.
No Time Wasting
We won’t waste your time with hourly fees here, equipment rental fees there. Once we have listened to your needs, and evaluated your case, we will quote you a price you can count on. That means that if your case requires a retainer of $1,000 to complete, that’s what we quote, that’s what you pay, and the job gets done at that price, and that’s final and in writing.
We’ll never ask you for additional monies for the job we’ve already quoted you on. You don’t have time, and neither do we. If price is your only priority, you probably want to shop elsewhere.
Service You Deserve
We would rather give you the service you deserve at a price that is fair for both of us. We’ve learned to balance the best service for the lowest possible price. Remember, and don’t let anyone fool you, you get what you pay for. That’s a fact.
Also, we use only Licensed Private Investigators. You won’t be short changed with employees who have no experience. While we train many promising young people for our trade, we maintain on-site supervision and hands-on control of the entire case.
