There are a couple of factual errors, however, in your sections on phalloplasty. Firstly, there is no such thing as a penis transplant and I'd suggest you edit that phrase out. Also, the firsy type of penile sugery you describe where the clitoris is released is not phalloplasty but metiodoplasty - see the Wikipedia article for details.
